2006 has got off to a great start with some amazing recycling rates from Scouts Groups the length and breadth of the UK . Top collectors in January were 17 th Barnsley (Penistone) Vienes Scouts who raised a whopping £277.15 from their old cartridges and mobiles!
December’s top collectors 9th Bedlington again ranked in the top five, showing you can make lots of money each month through the Scouts Appeal.
Well done to everyone who recycled this month. We’re sure that 2006 will see more printer cartridges and mobile phones diverted from landfill by Scout Groups than ever before. Remember, it’s our planet, let’s look after it.
